We collect information you provide directly and information generated by your use of the platform:

• Account data — name, email address, and avatar when you sign up.
• Usage data — agents you run, projects you create, and features you interact with.
• AI inputs and outputs — content you submit to agents (e.g., company names, prompts) and the results returned.
• Payment data — billing details processed by our payment provider; we do not store raw card numbers.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and cookies.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, operate, and improve the AgentHub platform and AI agents.
• Authenticate your account and keep it secure.
• Process payments and manage your subscription.
• Send transactional emails (receipts, password resets, service updates).
• Analyze aggregate usage patterns to improve performance and reliability.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. AI Processing

Inputs you submit to AI agents are sent to third-party AI providers (including Anthropic) to generate responses. These providers process data under their own privacy policies. We do not use your inputs to train AI models. Do not submit sensitive personal data such as government IDs, health records, or financial account numbers through agents.

5. Sharing Your Information

We share data only with:

• Service providers — infrastructure (Supabase, Vercel), AI providers (Anthropic), and payment processors operating under confidentiality agreements.
• Legal authorities — when required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger or acquisition, with notice to affected users.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We may use analytics cookies to understand usage patterns. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not function correctly.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Project and usage data is retained for up to 24 months after creation, or until you delete it. When you close your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Receive a portable copy of your data.

AgentHub is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
