Terms of Service

Effective date: April 24, 2026

1. Agreement

By accessing or using AgentHub ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and AgentHub. For questions, contact support@agenthub.ai.

2. The Service

AgentHub is an AI agents marketplace that lets users discover, compare, and run AI agents for business tasks. We provide the platform and related tools; outputs generated by AI agents are probabilistic and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated content before using it.

3. Accounts

  • You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • Notify us immediately at support@agenthub.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle.
  • All fees are in USD and non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice.
  • Failed payments may result in suspension of your account until resolved.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AgentHub to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Generate spam, phishing content, or deceptive materials.
  • Produce content that is harassing, hateful, or sexually exploitative.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the platform or its AI providers.
  • Circumvent usage limits, access controls, or security measures.
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant AgentHub a limited, non-exclusive license to process it solely to provide the Service. You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit the content and that it does not violate third-party rights or applicable law.

7. Data Processing and Email Compliance

7.1 Controller and Processor Roles

When you use AgentHub to process personal data of third parties (such as uploading contact lists or sending outreach emails), you act as the Data Controller and AgentHub acts as the Data Processor. You determine the purposes and means of processing; AgentHub processes personal data solely on your instructions.

7.2 Customer Must

  • Document a lawful basis and source of each contact, including evidence (sourceEvidence) of how the contact was obtained.
  • Upload and contact only B2B corporate contacts with a legitimate business relationship or demonstrable business relevance.
  • Comply with all applicable anti-spam and data protection laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, and equivalents) in the recipient's jurisdiction.
  • Honor opt-out and unsubscribe requests immediately and permanently.

7.3 Customer Must NOT

  • Upload contacts obtained from purchased, rented, or scraped lists without explicit consent.
  • Contact individuals or sole traders (ФОП, ИП, self-employed persons) who are natural persons under data protection law.
  • Send emails to personal email domains (e.g. Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail).
  • Send more than two (2) unsolicited outreach emails to the same contact.
  • Contact recipients who have previously opted out or unsubscribed.

7.4 Technical Compliance Controls

AgentHub provides automated technical controls (jurisdiction gates, opt-out enforcement, domain filtering, source evidence requirements) to help reduce compliance risk. These controls operate on a best-effort basis and reduce, but do not eliminate, the risk of non-compliance. You remain solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable law.

7.5 No Legal Guarantee

Nothing in these Terms or in the Service constitutes legal advice. AgentHub does not guarantee that your email outreach campaigns will be compliant with the laws of any jurisdiction. You should seek independent legal counsel before conducting commercial email outreach, particularly when contacting recipients in regulated jurisdictions such as the EU, UK, Canada, or the United States.

8. Intellectual Property

AgentHub, its logo, and all platform content (excluding user-submitted content and AI outputs) are owned by or licensed to AgentHub and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTIBILITY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGENTHUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 USD OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO AGENTHUB IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AgentHub harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or a competent court in the jurisdiction where AgentHub operates.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
